There are only two weeks left to submit a poster for the Association for Behavior Analysis International's 2008 Education Conference titled "Evidence-Based Practice, Scientifically-Based Instruction, and Educational Effectiveness." Space is limited, so we invite you to make your submissions by Thursday, April 24, 2008, for this event scheduled September 5-7 2008, in Reston, VA, near Washington, DC. To avoid missing this opportunity you may submit your poster now at
http://www.abainternational.org/educonf/callforposters.asp
Please note that an individual may be listed as the primary (presenting) author for only ONE poster.
A new speaker has been recently confirmed to present at our education conference at the Hyatt Regency Reston. You may view the new addition, and the rest of the program, at
http://www.abainternational.org/educonf/program/program.asp
Our highly qualified group of speakers consists of federal representatives, researchers and educators, each extremely knowledgeable in the process of program research and design. We are looking forward to the benefits this event will provide to educators (including public and private for school-age and higher education), researchers, program developers, and education decision makers.
It is our goal to cover relevant issues in the design and implementation of effective educational programs. At the conference, we plan to cover in detail the status of research methodology in validating interventions, sources of evidence, and what to do in the absence of validated practices.
This conference could provide you with the priceless opportunity to network and gain exposure through the presentation of your research during the poster session.
Please contact us at convention@abainternational.org or
call (269) 492-9310 if you would like more information.
We would like to see your contributions at our 2008 Education Conference!
Best Regards,
ABA International Team
