"...the Journal of Precision Teaching and Celeration has dedicated itself to a science of human behavior founded on a technology of direct, continuous and standard measurement. This measurement technology includes a standard unit of behavior measurement - frequency; a standard measure of change in behavior frequencies - celeration; a standard measure of the variability of behavior frequencies - bounce; and a Standard Celeration Chart to display frequency, celeration and bounce data..."
